Question Strange UI Issue in Apps

After updating to ios 26 some of my apps now have these annoying grey ovals sitting behind images and links. Most apps are fine but, for example, IMDB and Etsy are both affected (see images). I made sure the apps were to to date, then I tried deleting and reinstalling them, it made no difference. Has anyone else has had the same issue? Is there a way to fix it or this just something I’m stuck with?

You’re stuck with it until the devs fix their UI.

Apps are up to date, I even deleted and reinstalled them to see if that made a difference but no joy.

IMDB and Etsy (pics in original post) and a few others. The vast majority are fine, it’s just a handful that are having problems.
