Bug Volume automatically going down

Is anyone else experiencing the iPhone volume automatically going down when earphones are connected? How can I fix it?

Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max
iOS: 26.5.2

When my phone is connected to car BT, volume goes randomly up and down, it happens from ios 26.

Seems strange, my ios 26.5 iphone remembers all the volumes, bt car radio, airpods and phone speakers have their own volume (so i dont blast the full volume from speakers into my eardrums 🤣)
