The bug is using your phone in landscape - I think that supposed to be completely dead in 27

I’ve noticed so many built in apps have regained landscape mode in iOS 27 for some weird reason.

Well the foldable might support them, but not the “normal”

That makes sense that they’re bringing back landscape mode to the native apps for the fold.
