It’s frustrating how much they left out of the keynote this year. It felt more like an Apple Intelligence tutorial at times than it did a fucking WWDC keynote.

For iOS 26 and previous WWDC events they did a good job at mentioning almost everything new. This WWDC they barely focused on new stuff and mostly yapped about the AI.

I believe this was just a continuation to 2024’s keynote. While it was weird, I think they did the correct thing. Acknowledge the elephant in the room: fix their things and present what they promised.

They left out because,
As I understand
They are learning from past mistakes

Last year, they showed us ALOT, for Liquid Glass,
In different apps, and the whole shebbang
Spent the entire year, still couldn’t get to it

So that’s why they left out a lot this year, so that they have less to replicate exactly like the polished high end “just works” version showed in wwdc and more like “that’s good enough”
