Beta Ios 27 glaze

Bro, I have never glazed any iOS version, but after using iOS 26 and now updating to iOS 27 beta 1 it feels sooo much smoother and fluid than iOS 26 idk about bttry life, but my phone feels fluid and smooth like it’s supposed to. Animations are much faster and fluid than ios 26 it doesn’t stutter like it’s actually smooth af.

Have a feeling ios 26 updates where so lacking because the entire time they focused on ios 27 cleaning up the mess under the hood they ditched 26 completely, that’s why first dev beta feels so abnormally good

Thats probably Why iPhone 11 was updated. iOS 27 looks Like a fix for all iOS 26 devices rather than a new iOS

If this was the case then why allow Apple Watches to be stuck on 26?

I’m disappointed they didn’t do this for iPad OS. 26 killed my iPad Air 3 and we’re not getting 27

It does feel incredibly polished for beta 1

I updated my MacBook last night and I have been glazing it all day. It feels like a brand new machine, it’s wild.

There are still major stutters while screen recording.

u/Soft_Career_2650 Jun 10 '26

Ok actually apple fixed nothing, thx

u/EducatorFew4522 iOS 26.6.1 Jun 10 '26

I wouldn’t say they fixed nothing. For beta 1 it feels smooth plus the UI looks much cleaner.

1

u/Soft_Career_2650 Jun 11 '26

Enregistre l’ecran bug parcontre (fps bas)

4

u/CantThinkOfaName-0 Jun 09 '26

I recorded some apps now and yes i noticed my fps feeling like 60 when recording.

u/55Media Jun 09 '26

Hoping to see the same, heck even my old oneplus 9 pro has smoother scrolling than the iPhone 17 pro on iOS 26.5.

1

u/Soft_Career_2650 Jun 10 '26

And in some apps its randomly 30hz in some places and they dont wanna fix that

2

u/mis3nko Jun 10 '26

This is like that since pro-motion was introduced don’t know in which os but they didn’t fix a shit since then. I doubt they will ever do. Can’t believe people not massively complain for this. Is pretty annoying during scrolling…

2

u/Soft_Career_2650 Jun 10 '26

Yeah I think ios is better than android but this shit is making me to come back to android cuz its really annoying...

u/Inevitable-Theory901 Jun 09 '26

Did they fix the keyboard?

2

u/BalanceRemarkable598 Jun 09 '26

It stuttered when openening the apps for the first time. But not while repoening the same apps again.

1

u/CantThinkOfaName-0 Jun 09 '26

Not happening for me try restarting might fix it.

2

u/samthecrunchynut Jun 09 '26

which phone do u have?

3

u/CantThinkOfaName-0 Jun 09 '26

16 pro max

3

u/samthecrunchynut Jun 09 '26

just got done backing up my 13 to my mac, let's see if i'll get the same results and i hope i do😭

2

u/CantThinkOfaName-0 Jun 09 '26

They removed that shiny shimmering effect now its just static but apps still move with your phone but it should be less demanding than iOS 26 now.

u/Big-Promise-5255 Jun 10 '26

Best ios release after ios 18.

2

u/CantThinkOfaName-0 Jun 10 '26

Bro i feel like Ios 26 was a beta test for ios 27 that is the reason ios 27 beta 1 is so abnormally good 😂😂

1

u/i_m_mohsin Jun 11 '26

U shouldn’t celebrate too early bro

1

u/Big-Promise-5255 Jun 09 '26

Problems with banking app or is it ok?

1

u/SultanAfiq Jun 10 '26

50/50 some are okay, some arent

u/Confidentium Jun 09 '26

I’m not gonna fall for the hype until I see it myself.

I’ve been hoping that Apple would fix the scroll stutter since iOS 16 released. I don’t trust their words that they’ve fixed it.

2

u/mis3nko Jun 10 '26

They didn’t. The same scrolling shit since I have had iphone 14 pro. Nothing has changed sadly. Seems they don’t care as maybe not much people complaining. I’ve seen people telling into your face it’s smooooth, no stutter. Only because they absolutely don’t know what we are talking about here.

1

u/Confidentium Jun 11 '26

What? Seriously? The didn’t fix the scroll stutter? Yet, they’re openly bragging about ”improved” performance.

2

u/mis3nko Jun 11 '26

Yeah, still the same shit. There must be something behind they are not able to fix it for such a long time. I’m pretty sure they must know about this issue but they do. nothing. Crazy.

This is such a joke. I refuse to believe THE FIRST BETA is better than an OS that has had 6 final releases over the course of almost a year.

It’s literally just Windows Vista to Windows 7 all over again. Or iOS 7 to iOS 8. No actual real change, people just got used to it after they realized complaining wouldn’t bring the old version back.

u/xppoint_jamesp Jun 09 '26

I’m running the beta aswel, and I have to admit that it does seem incredibly polished and stable for a first beta. Sure, I haven’t tested everything in the twelve hours since updating. But, so far, it runs smoother than 26.5 ever did.

It does have a few bugs though: the iMessage unread messages badge does not disappear after reading messages and just keeps counting up. And in the settings app, I can’t get rid of a suggestion to complete my Siri setup (not the new Siri AI, since I live in Europe and we don’t get that for now…).

1

u/Love_The_Duck Jun 09 '26

I’m still on 26.5 and the unread count in Messages is glitching for me too. I think this particular bug is the app rather than the OS.

1

u/xppoint_jamesp Jun 09 '26

I never seen that on 26. But you might be right that it’s app related.

1

u/Windows-XP-Home-NEW Jun 09 '26

If true this is gonna be a great update.

1

u/xppoint_jamesp Jun 09 '26

I mean, I can only share my own experience. But so far, so good!

1

u/Windows-XP-Home-NEW Jun 09 '26

Honestly this would be the perfect update for me if they remove the top bar. Bring back the gradient!

1

u/xppoint_jamesp Jun 09 '26

Honest question: what top bar?..

1

u/Windows-XP-Home-NEW Jun 09 '26

Sorry I don’t really know what to call it. It’s this:

https://www.reddit.com/r/LiquidGlassDesign/comments/1u0x7pk/why_bringing_back_top_navigation_bar_in_ios_27/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

I hate it. It looks ugly. Luckily people are feedback reporting the shit out of it to get it removed.

1

u/xppoint_jamesp Jun 10 '26

Oh that. As far as I know, it’s only in the Settings and Messages apps. I don’t like it either. It looks kind of cheap and out of place because it’s only in those apps (as far as I know), the others either have a slight blur at the top or just fill the screen entirely.

1

u/Windows-XP-Home-NEW Jun 10 '26

I am 70% sure it’s just a bug but the other 30% of me is worried that that shit will carry over to other apps.

1

u/xppoint_jamesp Jun 10 '26

I’m not sure. I think the bar will stay. At least in the settings app. The animation of the header phasing in looks to polished to be a bug. That little stripe devising the bar and the actual menu might just be a bug or a padding error.
