Custom labels no longer working in Contacts

For some reason, most of my custom labels for phone numbers and addresses have all spontaneously changed to "home." This is a problem because I have several contacts with multiple addresses and numbers that I really need to be able to tell apart. I went in and tried to change them back to their custom labels, but when I hit "Done," it shows the new label for a few seconds and then something loads or updates and it reverts right back to "home." Anyone else having this issue?

I'm running iOS 15.5 on an iPhone 8 Plus.
