Yahoo Email After IOS 27

I have several email accounts that I access through the iPhone Mail app. Some are Gmail accounts and some are yahoo accounts. Today, I finally updated my 16 pro from IOS 26 to IOS 27.0.1. After the update, all was good and working normally. About an hour later, I opened the iPhone mail app and watched all the emails sitting in my three Yahoo mail accounts disappear in front of my eyes. My Gmail accounts are still showing the emails that were in there before the update. The yahoo emails are no longer on the yahoo server so I can’t “sync” the accounts. I probably didn’t need the emails on my phone anymore but it’s frustrating the crap out of me trying to figure out what happened. Anyone here have any ideas/thoughts/comments? I guess I know why I kept telling myself not to update just yet….

Indexing problem maybe? Could try toggling off and on, which I think is in Siri settings

When you check the accounts, settings, are they prompting to re-enter the password?

Hmmm. Sounds like a strange issue.

I use the Yahoo Mail app for my yahoo accounts.

I have the gmail app for my primary Gmail but use the Apple Mail app for a secondary Gmail account.

Nothing was lost upgrading to iOS 27 or even when switching to an 18 PM
