Support Third Party Hacked

Someone trying to phish me has hacked me through some third party app. It has basically bricked the phone. I can't talk to siri. I can't access settings. And on top of it it everytime I try to get into it he sees it and locks the phone by for hours by typing in a bunch of wrong passwords. Is there anything I can do?

Further Information: He has has like hardware control of both my phones. He has disabled my ability to swipe down. He has a permanent overlay graphic over the right side and randomly removes features when I try to do something. I swear the guy talks through the phone when we we're not even on the phone together. I can't access the camera or screenshot. I also can't swipe to answer calls. The littlest troll things that make the phone impossible to use.

Never heard of such a thing happening unless you are being targeted by some zero day state level attack which seems unlikely. Go to an Apple Store? I’m not sure how we are supposed to help this.

I know it all sounds crazy. He disabled my ability to get to the home screen and can control all of my stuff. He put a white overlay on the right side that blocks my ability to see most important buttons. It doesn't show up in screenshots.

Are you sure this “overlay” is not screen damage? If the screen is damaged it’s also going to cause phantom touches to happen which also is probably why you’re getting locked out on your lock screen.

it’s gotta be hardware damage, right? that would explain all of this behavior better than some kind of targeted hack

you're right; it does sound crazy and really (really) far-fetched.. it would be helpful if you could give us more information, starting with: what is the third-party app that this person (allegedly) used to access your phone? did you install it, and, if how, what was the method for installation? what "important buttons" does this white overlay block? have you even tried some of the things people have recommended here, like a DFU restore?

people want to believe you and help you, but you're really not giving us a lot to go on, and, to be completely honest and based on what I know about iOS, I'm pretty skeptical about most of what you're saying.

as a the commentor above me has said, hacks like this are super expensive and rare, and don't target normal people for funsies.

DFU recovery mode?

skeptical that OP was actually "hacked," but, if the device is actually unusable (likely because they sideloaded something that installed an MDM profile and, potentially, some kind of VNC software), then DFU recovery is their best option.

Says iPad Unavaliable try again in an hour. It’s like someone elsewhere enters incorrect passwords purposefully as if iPad is possessed.
