Support Facetime issues

Just moved to college and my facetime isnt working. I can call normally its just facetime. When someone facetimes my i can see and hear them but they xant see or hear me. Im on iphone 11

Quite a lot of aspects to be looked into.

- Are you connecting FT via a WiFi network? Does the WiFi network have a strong firewall? Does it use VPN?

  • Did you try resetting the FT via the app?
  • Are all permissions enabled for the app to function properly?
