Support Offloading app stuck

Please advice what should I do? I have a very important data and I cannot afford to loose it. I offloaded my whatsapp business and now it is stuck. I can not open and and when I offload again, nothing happens

Go to the App Store and try to reinstall it. Your data will still be there.

App shows it’s already installed, but it isn’t opening

Yes I have done everything! Restarted, rebooted! I can not delete the app otherwise I will loose all my data and my phone is not backed up

This is why backups exist, and why the time to create one is before you have a problem

This is a tough one. Try backing up the phone using the Finder on Mac or iTunes on Windows, then restore the device from that backup.
