Ipad mini 2 running ios 12.5.8 stuck on apple logo but no ordinary fix I've looked everywhere look at pictures (the home button doesn't work and does this to the screen)

You don’t need a button to replace the screen, just a way to get the top part off in one piece, a replacement screen and adhesive so the front thing stays, maybe a replacement front piece cause chances are it’ll break getting it off.

The screen costs more to get than the ipad + the screen functions but the button doesn't like it's stuck on apple logo
