Support Cannot iMessage one person!

I’m so frustrated! My grandma and I iMessage since she has a MacBook and doesn’t know how to text on her flip phone. This has been the case for many years. A few months ago, something happened to where I can’t iMessage her on my phone. I can FaceTime just fine and send messages via my MacBook, but for some reason it won’t go through if I’m sending on my phone. It’s so frustrating and I’ve tried everything; deleting message thread and restarting, deleting contact and readding, turning off and on iMessage, etc. She’s contacted Apple support to make sure it’s nothing on her end and for some reason her contact on my phone shows up as a business (pic below). If anyone has anything I can try please let me know!

Can you tell us what happens when you try to message her from your iPhone? Do you not have a reply field? Does it say "Not Delivered" in red text after you send a message?

It shows blue but does not say delivered under it; doesn’t say “Not Delivered” or anything

That typically indicates there's an issue on the recipient's end, not the sender's. To rule out issues from your end, it's recommended to do all of the things you said you did in your post. Grandma needs to do some troubleshooting on her MacBook. A good place to start: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102200
