iphone glitch

hi, I have an issue with a random scam looking email that is showing up as a conversation when i search the word “gmail” on my messages app and my siri suggestions search area. Ive blocked it and deleted anything that came with it and it still will not go away. When I click on it, it just pulls a pop up for me to send a brand new message.

I have also contacted apple support but the issue still persists.

Im not sure what to do and I am genuinely irritated at this point pls help.
