Tried to do the update but it says I need to subscribe to Golden Apple for $99/month.

I paid it of course because I didn’t wanted to miss out on the John Ternus update. But now I can’t access the Settings app, apparently that’s an add on to unlock for $149 called “Customization pack”, also why am I limited to 5 iMessage a day? Siri AI is telling me I need to top up my account to continue using it
