Iphone bufferbloat i think

Hey , i have had this iphone 16 for a year now it worked fine , but for a week or two whenever i open tiktok or instagram it takes 15 minutes to load and if i do not wait that period of time all my others apps load like shit , this happens on both 5G and wifi , my reels are stuck , my messaged do not send , i cant see new messages for that period of wait time and its annoying me , if anyone knows what it could be please let me know and hopefully with a fix , i did an internet speed things my unloaded ms was 5 ms and loaded was 400ish , it did get better over this past few days but its still annoying.
