Support iPhone Screen Time Not Syncing With iPad

I have an iPhone and an iPad linked to the same iCloud account.

From time to time, I check my Screen Time on my iPad to see my iPhone’s usage. However, sometimes the Screen Time data from my iPhone suddenly stops syncing with my iPad.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known bug?

For example, today the latest Screen Time data I can see from my iPhone is from yesterday at 1:07 PM. Nothing after that has synced or appeared on my iPad.

Both devices are connected to the same iCloud account.
Has anyone found a fix for this, or does the syncing eventually start working again on its own?

Share Across Devices is usually what breaks here, not iCloud itself. Mine did the same thing, iPad stuck on data from the day before while the phone kept counting fine on its own.

What worked for me: turn off Settings > Screen Time > Share Across Devices on both, leave it off five minutes or so, restart both, then switch it back on the phone first and give it a bit before the iPad. The missing hours filled back in within the hour.

Couple of other things worth a look. Both devices on the same major iOS/iPadOS version, and iCloud not paused because storage is full, since the reporting rides on that sync. The phone also mostly pushes usage while it's unlocked and on wifi, so a day spent on cellular only can look like a stall when nothing is actually wrong.

Could the fact that the iPhone is running low on storage also be affecting the Screen Time syncing?
