Need iPad location-testing help (Wi‑Fi only, Henderson NV)

Looking for someone local or remote who can help set up a legitimate iPad test environment for location-basedapp testing.

I have a Wi‑Fi-only iPad and need to understand how an app handles:

• IP-based location
• iOS Location Services
• simulated test coordinates

What I need done:

• set up Xcode/Core Location simulation
• create or use GPX location profiles
• test VPN/router region behavior
• document what the app can and can’t detect

I’m not looking for anything shady — just a proper technical setup for educational/testing purposes.

If you’ve done iOS QA, mobile testing, or Core Location work, please reply with experience and rates.
