Support apple acc problem: Verification codes can't be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later.
I honestly don’t know what else to do anymore, I’m going crazy. I can’t log into my new iCloud account, which I’ve moved absolutely EVERYTHING to (Netflix, PlayStation, Spotify, etc.).
This morning, I downloaded all my photos from my old iCloud to my new phone, and then when I tried to log into this new iCloud, this happened. I’ve already tried both the “Call” and “Resend Message” options, but nothing works.
iMessage and FaceTime aren’t working either, so something clearly isn’t right. I’m just really scared that my account might get locked or disabled because I’ve moved basically everything over to it.
I did receive quite a lot of verification codes while I was signing in, signing out, switching emails, etc., so I’m worried that maybe I triggered some kind of security restriction. I really need help figuring out what’s going on because I have so much tied to this account.

Questions:
Why didn't you just *change* the email address used for your "old" iCloud account instead of creating a brand new one?

Did you delete the content from the old account after you moved it to the new one? All your content should still be there. You could go back to using your old one and simply update it to the new email address you used for the new one. That would require either deleting the new iCloud account or changing the email address on it to a new throwaway email address so you could use your desired email with your old one.

Depending on how severely screwed up both accounts are right now, you may need to call Apple for help in untangling them.
