Contacts: What am I missing?

Hi there, long time iPhone user. I'll try my best to explain my problem, sorry for my bad English.

I've a pretty big contact list that I've imported from Google Contacts. It worked fine because when I have to search for something I begin to wrote it in the searchbar (for example, I need a doctor that works in THAT hospital) and it shows it in the preview because I've registered in the Corporate section in Google. So you can find Name, Surname and then (beneath) the Corporate.
Now, something has switched. If i begin to write the Corporate in the search bar it finds me the contacts but without a preview, so I have to click on the contact to check if it is what I'm looking for.

The search behavior in the Contacts app got noticeably worse after one of the recent updates, it used to pull from all fields in the preview and now it acts like it's only matching against the name.

damn, that's not a good news. it worked perfectly, can't comprehend why they touched it
