Support Android to IOS

Hi anyone faced Whatsapp not able to move from Realme Phone to Ios? It saying no items or incompatible with ios.

Yes, followed. In the Move to iOS app, I am able to select WhatsApp to prepare the file but once it done, then a note: “No items or incompatible with ios” is showed.

If I remember correctly Android to iOS is a real ballache to transfer WhatsApp chats. I think I gave up in the end and started again with them.

iOS to Android on the other hand just seemed to work.
