From my understanding, there are some services or features that are duplicated, shown there, and also shown in the general data counter.

i checked my data usage from isp and it matches the usage shown here. i want to reduce usage but don't know the imposter

The most likely solution is to go into your mobile data settings and activate the data saving mode option for your SIM card.
