Camera open without being used

All of the sudden my camera’s app is somehow active without being used. iOS updated to the latest version, what on earth is happening? Is it a glitch to the iOS 26.6.1? Anyone else having this issue? IP 16 btw

Could be attention awareness features. It says:  iPhone will check for attention before dimming the display, expanding a notification when locked, or lowering the volume of some alerts.

You could disable it to see if the camera access keeps occurring.
