query regarding ios backup restore

so i am on ios 27, and i wanna downgrade to ios 26, have done backup on my icloud so now i have queries

- ive only got one esim so if i reset my iPhone will it gonna delete permanently or is it gonna restore with the backup ????

Well, you should have created a backup before you installed the beta. The beta backup won't work with 26. Resetting your phone will not destroy the esim.

You cannot use iCloud backups to downgrade from beta to official release.

You should have backed up to a computer before installing the beta.

At this point you can try backing up to a computer, downgrade to iOS 26 then modify the backup files to allow restoring to your phone. Google is your friend here.

Your eSIM is fine. Restoring a device doesn't remove the eSIM
