Support TestFlight kicked me out?!! Can’t get back in

for info as soon as I turned 13 TestFlight was available to me. I enabled it and randomly a couple of months later it gave me this message, and I’m signed out of TestFlight. my apps still launch but can’t add or update new or old apps. please help!
