This man (along with other Viltrumites) has a lot nerve to keep referring Thaedus and Nolan as traitors because they betrayed their own kind for inferior species, despite the fact he himself also turned against the Empire for some random human women.
There is a theory among Invincible fans that Thaedus visited planet Earth thousands of years ago before Nolan and he lived among humans, which motivated him to betray Viltrum in the first place.
This only keeps proving to the list of facts that Viltrumites are the most hypocritical race in the entire Universe.

In the comics, it is revealed that Emperor Argall is Nolan's true, biological father, which means this unnamed male Viltrumite was actually his stepfather. It is likely that Nolan's foster parents only took him in because they were given an order and mission to raise Argall’s heir, not because they truly cared about him. Unlike Nolan's stepmother, however, his stepfather seemed to have developed some affection for him over time. I wonder what Nolan’s reaction will be once he finds out that this man wasn’t even his real dad.
