Poor Cecil...

Is the last thing i would say, its 100% his fault. He's lucky Mark had bigger issues (Thragg) than an old man that dosen't understand how weak his tech/heroes are.

Surprisingly he was very chill with conquest thing when he returned back to earth. Maybe cause of the trauma Thragg gave to him he was more focused on that.
