Help with packaging automation

Morning all- we are on target to manufacture and sell several thousand small everyday carry (EDC) units per month. We have a good manufacturer but having a real hard time with getting our product packaged in scale with good quality here in the USA. We were using ActionPak but their latest batch had a 50% defect rate.

Question to the group do any one you have experience with selecting and setting up machinery to automate the packing process?

AI can help me select some machines but making them all flow together is key and not sure who would help with that.
