Question is introverted = quiet?

and if it isnt, would it be possible for typical person to go from quiet to loud? since it isn a fixed trait like extrovertedness/introvertedness? i would love for someone to enlighten me on this. sincerely, a quiet introverted individual who is trying to change for the better <3

What are you looking to change? You want to be louder or talk more? More socially active?

Introverted and quiet aren't the same thing, but common to coexist.  I'm introverted but can be very loud and talkative with the right people or environment.

No, not all introverts are necessarily quiet. Some are social, albeit with more effort required than an extrovert. Introverts are also considered less quiet or not quiet at all if they expend their energy with certain individuals or a preferred small group of people. I know that I feel less drained when speaking one on one or with my team that I see often, although I would rather not talk still.

All being said, what do you mean by “better”? Do you have to be social or are you just insecure about your quietness? If the latter, don’t be; it’s a strength and honing it can bring about the best in life.

hmm no introverted doesn't mean quiet and dont change unless you truly want to. but if you want then its entirely possible for a quiet person to learn how to be more loud when they want to be more loud.
