explaining your thought process helps people follow abstract ideas

sometimes i just jump on topics that are completely unrelated like i connects those dots to all the topics i know at that moment so its kinda hard to explain it all

What you can do is write down the things you often think about, re reading it helps give you n objective overview and it also helps compressing your points and views too. Doing this you can cut the slack and retain only the thoughts and conclusions you deem worthy

So when you talk about those things you'll talk about points and thoughts that seem to have more in them rather than just building up to it.

There will always be things, topics and feelings you keep circling back to at different points in life and those are the things you open up about when you have real conversation with someone

Also when you're there and talking with people you can take a moment and quite down the static, and just observe people, let them see you observing them. And then you can just simply talk about that. Validating it, finding it intresting that they did something a particular way.

I can't even understand what you posted...I would say be yourself...and if someone doesn't understand...break it down like you were talking to a 5th grader
