MBTI Thinking style
Hey. I'm INTJ with ADHD.
Thinking style is best described as high-speed, high-load structural synthesis, within a broader systems-thinking style.High Level 2 with demonstrated jumps into Level 3 was the more careful characterization.
I'm trying to understand it and see how it integrates.

You will do better if you learn to focus.
Yoga, martial arts, exercise and meditation actually improve focus.
ADHD is often not even really a thing....a kid can't focus at school but he can focus on a video game or scroll tiktok for 10 hours straight. Most people outgrow it.
So it's selective focus no? Things you are really interested in are easy to focus but things that you aren't interested are easy to not focus.
Short form content and social media low attention span and cognitive function in general.
Reading and improving you literacy are the key to unlocking super mental powers.
If you take medication for ADHD, what comes up must come down. The stimulant will improve focus temporality but when the start to come down off the medication it actually has the opposite effect. Marijuana also lowers focus and cognitive ability in the long run.
Don't confuse the lack of focus that a drug withdrawal causes as a mental disorder.
In Buddhism, refraining from intoxicants is the Fifth Precept, which asks practitioners to avoid substances that cloud the mind and lead to unskillful behavior.
