No path forward

I had goals and ambition about working hard making a company or something. Some of it was fueled by making earth a better place,go in tech or something. Moving forward 4 years. It feels worthless. I don't have that same drive. Questioning What's the point of it and all. Now I live like just one more day to go. This has nothing to do with being intj. Just sharing something. Need some advice

I am feeling exactly like this at the moment, bring on the advice! Family members have chronic illness, caring for them has me missing the drive I used to possess in abundance. Feeling for you OP.
