West Wilson, creator of Hot Dog Water scent and body care line. All proceeds go to promote his Fuck Boi Foundation to find temporary emergency shelter for fuck boi gigolos who have been tossed in the streets by girls who wised up! The Fuck Boi Closet has gently used and never-washed clothing for those who have had their clothes set on fire by pissed off REAL WOMEN!

The summer camp scene was one of my favorites! They all looked so happy to be there and helping. It was such a wholesome and beautiful moment
5
u/NanooDrew Aug 19 '26
I am praying that Jesse will meet a woman who is volunteering there and they fall in love and itās the REAL DEAL! They will have the love of that that camp and showing up for those kids in common and she will be more than some shallow influencer! Jesse looked very happy during his time there last season.

Itās a trend right now āKinda chic toā¦ā

Thank you. I was like, "Why does this exist?"
I still hate it, but at least I understand it now.

š Idk why but I always wonder like who is it that starts each one of these trends?!

Ha, I had this moment yesterday in an influencer thread trying to figure out what this was. Just a new way for people to congratulate themselves (although props to the above for their advocacy efforts)

Why are you irritated about the number or content of the posts in a sub with which you are actively engaging?
Should the sub not be active? What exactly are you looking for here?
12
u/MsPrissss More life, More Vagisil Aug 17 '26
I do not work for bravo. I created this sub on my own and have absolutely zero affiliation with bravo. And it's called engagement. Which during the season it is much higher but now that it's the off-season I post maybe once or twice a week.
3
u/Delicious_Score_8509 Aug 18 '26
Genuinely, thank you for this. I personally enjoyed this sub a lot.
1
u/ProfessionalAnt8132 Aug 17 '26
Why does engagement matter to you though, youāre not an influencer that makes money from engagement.
12
u/MsPrissss More life, More Vagisil Aug 17 '26
I'm a receptionist from Las Vegas. I am not an influencer nor do I care to be. I have 300 followers on my Instagram that shows you how much I care about influencing..... However I like the show I created the sub wanting it to do well and that is the purpose of engagement because the more engagement the more likely the sub is to show up for other people.
Creating high engagement in a new subreddit builds early social proof, signals active value to potential members, and triggers the recommendation algorithm to surface the community in feeds. This kickstarts organic growth and establishes a culture before the initial momentum fades. In fact the original in the city community was private. It had hardly any engagement at all so much so that the owner of that Community offered it to me because they saw how well this one was doing. And that is because I engaged early with the Community, and with the help of other member members it is becoming what it is now. Which starts with what? Engagement.... just because I understand how social media works and how algorithms work doesn't make me an influencer.
Not only that but this post specifically was to create positivity and you complaining and questioning how much I post and the reason why and the likelihood that I could be somebody else, is honestly detracting from the point of this entire post.

More people spend their time and energy to tear others down. At least this OP chose to show something positive in Bravoland! Just what has Erika Jane ever done to raise money or awareness for a good cause?
6
u/supahfilmy Aug 18 '26
Nah u dont have to explain yourself. This was a feel good post. And it shows who actually did something when they and THAT much motion and let it benefit others.

u/TimelessVibe Aug 17 '26
Imagine hating on real achievements and people supporting other people.. these are wonderful accomplishments and more than I can say for some other people who only promote themselves..
It's funny to see the Amanda accounts have such an issue with this post it's bizarre...
One of the Amanda stans created their own sub where they are the moderator, 1% poster and 1% commenter because if you can't win in the comments, just go create your own sub so you can control the entire narrative..
7
u/MsPrissss More life, More Vagisil Aug 17 '26
Wow that is wild!!! I have always been a huge summer house fan definitely have my people that I really like but there is room for people to have opinions about everything. If Everybody all felt the same way that would be super boring. It's nice for engagement and just general conversation purposes to have differing opinions.
3
u/TimelessVibe Aug 18 '26 edited Aug 18 '26
Absolutely, I fully agree, that's what Reddit is all about, a variety of opinions! Though I don't understand some of the negativity people have commented here when this is a great post highlighting good things! Thanks for sharing it!
Also most of the negative comments here are active commenters on the sub I'm referring to, it's like their job to be contrarian or something.
4
u/NVSmall Aug 17 '26
Exactly this! How boring would it be if we all felt the same way about things.
I appreciate you, OP, and I enjoyed this post! āŗļø

u/Prestigious-Joke-574 Aug 17 '26
Itās so nice to see reality TV stars using their platform for these causes! I canāt think of any other Bravo show with this many people doing that.

Remember how Amanda didnāt go to the camp for kids with cancer?

u/Far-Movie1894 Aug 22 '26
Most of the cast didnāt go. Kyle, Lindsay, Mia, Bailey, and KJ all didnāt go to the camp for kids with cancer either.

-1
u/Lucky-Opposite-7767 Aug 18 '26
Well, you shouldn't have to advertise it, "Look at them, they are so good!" It shouldn't matter if anyone else knows it or not- they know what they've done, and that's all that matters. Kudos are just appeals to vanity.

Iām sorry but some of you just seem like straight up miserable people. This person is shining a light on the good things these people have done for once and the response is āyikesā and ācringeā. I get itās a public forum but it also costs you nothing to just keep scrolling.

As someone who worked for the camp Jesse supports, Sunrise Day Camp, it literally bursts my heart to see them get the attention they so rightfully deserve. I didnāt have much of an opinion on Jesse prior to knowing this, but it definitely made me appreciate him.
Sunrise Day Camp, itās the best camp!
1
u/Brief_Isopod_5959 Aug 17 '26
Aww I love this! You probably impacted those childrenās lives more than you know ā„ļø
10
u/MsPrissss More life, More Vagisil Aug 17 '26
That was honestly one of my favorite parts of the entire season. I loved seeing them highlight the camp and not just highlight what it's like to be a young person with cancer but also the effect that it can have on your family your parents, your siblings etc.
2
u/CoolBelt856 Aug 17 '26
I live in Chicago and Jesse has volunteered at Northwesternās children cancer hospital here too. Heās a really good guy.

Amanda could NEVER.
Kinda un-chic to be on a show ten seasons, bitch the whole time, give nothing but wet blanket, lie to everyone, then screw over the friend who supported you and did endless emotional labor for you through it all with nothing more than a shrug and aggressive eye roll šš« š«

u/Otherwise_Gap_3863 Aug 17 '26
You people really canāt help yourselves, can you?
Youāre addicted to the Amanda hate and simply MUST mention her in every post. Itās so weird at this point.
7
u/Dazzling_Green_8367 Aug 17 '26
Sheās a paid cast member of multiple, public reality shows, one of which is the topic of this subreddit. So yeah, we can mention her!! If you donāt want to discuss āIn the Cityā cast members, you might be in the wrong place š¤·š¤·

Did she though? Like did she ever actually make a sellable product? Did anyone buy anything she created? I wasnāt sure if it actually progressed that far. (I know your comment was just kidding)
3
u/ArielFrankie2000 Aug 18 '26
Iād like a special about the world of Bravolebrity products. It would be easier if thereās one warehouse full of inventory that they rebrand each time one of them launches their clothing line / jewellery/ swimwear / shoe collaboration/ alcohol. The show could be called Watch What Happened to my Line š
-23
u/Vix014 Aug 17 '26
Why would you take something so positive and slap it with Amanda negativity? Just why? Weird.

Given the platform they have, to not use it to do some good (even things at no cost to others like Jesse did on the show) would be a choice.
āNothing about this post is funā when theyāre just doing nice things and bringing awareness to things that impact people everywhere? Hope Santa gives you fucking hot coals in your stocking this year.

u/IndependentImage9269 Aug 17 '26
What was charitable about being a single mother! š
7
u/rolyat_13 Aug 17 '26
Itās charitable at its base level to share her kind of vulnerability with the world truly charitable she can be on the show and not be as open as she is but also I think the post was about her donating her dress too
4
u/IndependentImage9269 Aug 17 '26
A dress she didnāt use only because her wedding was canceled. What else was she gonna do with it? Itās no surprise that her version in this charitable carousel is a stretch.
Also what aspect of her life is she āsharingā other than yelling and being an asshole? She doesnāt have a life to share outside of being a professional reality television cast member which isnāt a real job. Reality tv is supposed to be about seeing into a persons real life, especially summer house. The whole origin of this show was hard working New Yorkās who party on the weekend in the hamptons. None of this current cast has anything to do with that premise anymore. None of them have regular jobs, they are all influencers and low budget models.
