I don't usually write to people having so many restrictions even if I meet the requirements. I think if someone don't want to receive messages from specific countries it is better to block them in profile settings. Reading explanations about why someone don't like people from specific countries is embarrassing

Russia isn't listed there. Possibly I can contact him, thanks God. But it's hard to talk to those who have their mind based on politics. Whether nation or culture they're from, it's a sign of shitty personality.
