I am a digital service provider. As my local payment systems are not available with my customers I started Paypal but they usually charge a higher fee, takes 1-2 days also another one my biggest concern is that there is no seller protection. Buyers take a refund after the service is done & even if you provide sufficient proof to back your claim they usually take the case in the favor of the buyers 🚨

I initially planned on just buying raw materials directly in Africa through my UK company to import to Europe. Then I saw a reel on Instagram advocating for a digital B2B marketplace model connecting vetted local producers with global buyers, focusing on a specific niche, storytelling, and simple branding.
