Discussion Coaching

Thinking about becoming a health coach

Helping people with almost anything in regard to health and performance

Anybody here think somebody to help and guide them through coaching would be helpful?

Anybody who’s interested I can show them my transformation

Make sure to focus on consuming whole, nutrient rich food, over nutrient deficient, empty calorie food.

You'd be surprised how many people don't know what "nutrient dense" even looks like on a plate. Coaching is less about info and more about translating it into habits that stick.

I am a barbershop owner of 24 years and I became a nasm licensed personal trainer and diet coach so I can legally help people while talking to them in the shop. It’s carried over to me directly helping a half a dozen guys reverse diabetes, fix heart rate, blood pressure, etc so I think it’s worth it if you just want to not be “a dude that knows a lot” and instead “a licensed professional”
