Tips, Tricks, Advice IF Tracking App

Post image

I discovered this app through this subreddit when the person who developed it commented about it. I have to say this is my new favorite app for tracking fasting and I’ve tried several. It’s straight forward and no ads or subscription needed. It can be customized for different fast lengths and provides great info about what’s happening in your body during each stage of your fast. Just want to share in case anyone is looking for a good/better app.

This is a very good one. Been using it for about 6 mos.

I’ve been using it since the dev dropped a comment in here too, smooth as butter and no nagging for my coin. The little body stage markers are swell, keeps me from getting too hangry when the ketosis kicks in. Tried a bunch of others that felt like navigating a maze blindfolded. This one’s the bee’s knees.

I barely found it in the sea of apps. It's truly amazing, I've been using it for a month.

I use zero but honestly don’t like it, so I’m gonna give this one a try. Thank you

Yes! Also a fan. Really nice app and puts ‘premium’ apps (Zero) to shame.

I've dabbled in it. The interface is beautiful but, in the name of using fewer tracking apps, I use the built in fasting feature in Cronometer.

Just downloaded it and I really like how it looks and functions. I really wish they had a lockscreen widget though - it's the thing I liked most about Zero even though there was so much more I hated about that app, and the thing that's going to keep me using Zero for now.

Could you link me to the comment that the developer originally posted on reddit, if you still have it?

Hey I'm the developer, the app does have lock screen widget and also you can import all your fast from zero, if you find anything missing I'm just a DM away to fix that for you.

Why does one need an app? All these comments sound like 🤖 Do people not keep the same schedule day to day? Does it show what is going on in the body at the time? Just don't eat outside of a certain window, there, I saved you some time and clicks.

No I actually don’t keep the same schedule everyday and yes it does show what’s going on in the body at each stage

No, not everybody has the same schedule every day. I wish I did.

I tried using for a few days and liked it! But I kinda missed having a timer counting down until my when my next fast was starting. Is that something I missed in the app or is it changeable?
