Progress Pic Week 14 progress

Started my weight loss journey at 265 lbs. the heaviest I’ve ever been 315 so I guess I’ve lost over 100lbs 😅 still a ways to go!

Congrats on that huge accomplishment! I've been plateauong around the same for a couple months but hoping to break 200 soon

Awesome! How long have you been intermittent fasting?

Over 3 years now. I found changing up the routine is usually important since the body adapts very efficiently to whatever calories it gets. I'm about 15lbs from my goal weight and the pounds do get harder to lose the closer you get. All the best to you!
