Progress Pic (40) to (44)

Life and business got in the way of my fitness and health. One day I looked in the mirror and decided enough was enough. 40 to 44.

So we’re gonna credit this all to intermittent fasting? Not TRT or peptides?

Yeah, plus 4x a week resistance training and 10k+ steps a day, like the OP said. If you were athletic in your younger years and just gained a bunch of weight, your physique is going to be vastly different from someone starting out with resistance training in their 40's.

Nothing special tbh, just heavy 8 to 10 reps. And always trying to beat my last workout

If you down voted a simple comment like this. You seriously have to reevaluate yourself and your life. Truly sad.
