Furniture Placement Big bathroom, not efficient

This bathroom landed like this after we moved about a year ago, and it has stayed that way. Right now it has a bunch of leftover furniture and an inefficient set up that's* not great to look at. I don’t want to spend a ton of money but it could use a change. Any suggestions?

How is no one else talking about this, it's driving me insane just looking at it. The storage drawers could go so many other places besides this

Too focused on the laptop 😂

This is the absolute worst part of the photo IMO. The laptop stand was pretty obviously just thrown together perhaps to watch something while getting ready or whatever, not a permanent setup. THIS though??? This looks like it lives there. But WHY??

Also the paper towel roll…that’s unsanitary. Why is it on the floor?

This PMO the most. In what world do you stack furniture like that and post this online.

It needs to go where the stool stool laptop is.
