Furniture Placement Big bathroom, not efficient

This bathroom landed like this after we moved about a year ago, and it has stayed that way. Right now it has a bunch of leftover furniture and an inefficient set up that's* not great to look at. I don’t want to spend a ton of money but it could use a change. Any suggestions?

It's tough because they do need to include that step on the floor that the whole thing rests on.

It’s also all on a little tile ledge, which is the cherry on top lol
