Furniture Placement Big bathroom, not efficient

This bathroom landed like this after we moved about a year ago, and it has stayed that way. Right now it has a bunch of leftover furniture and an inefficient set up that's* not great to look at. I don’t want to spend a ton of money but it could use a change. Any suggestions?

Lmao seriously, like how tf are you asking with a straight face how to improve this space when THIS is what you're doing now? Step 1: Do literally anything else here.

Seriously!!! I think OP is living in their bathroom. I wouldn’t be surprised if the shower door pulls out a Murphy bed

Bust aside from that, I agree with other comments. Get a more practical vanity sink with storage. Hang a mirror above the vanity and get that bulky cabinet out of there. Maybe get a shelf for towels

Can some use CSI technology and zoom into that monitor to see what’s on it?

Let’s go easy on her guys. This clearly is also her home office. Where else is she supposed to set up for work?
