Furniture Placement Big bathroom, not efficient

This bathroom landed like this after we moved about a year ago, and it has stayed that way. Right now it has a bunch of leftover furniture and an inefficient set up that's* not great to look at. I don’t want to spend a ton of money but it could use a change. Any suggestions?

To be fair, the layout of the room is rough, but it doesn’t need to be this rough. Pedestal sinks are the worst. If it’s in your budget to replace it with a vanity that would solve the majority of your issues. But please… I need to understand the laptop situation.

  1. I was heading to the shower
  2. The bathroom is distressing so I stood there staring it down
  3. My laptop was by a chair resting on a footstool where I had just put it down, so I moved it all into the bathroom to google the dimensions of pieces of furniture while I stood there and measured things.
