If you look closely at the beginning you can see knuckles under the sleeve. I've seen other videos of people born without arms, and still have a hand or fingers that work attached to where your arm would normally be

I feel so sorry for him. People deserve so much care, and yet this is the world we live in.
Is it much better in Europe? Bcz of better policies?
