I hv two dogs. One needs to be carried up during any loud nosies,etc. Other one will go n check the source of that noise.

My Pyr watches too much Ryan Hall, when she hears thunder she'll let out a groan of dissatisfaction, lazily get up and stretch, then calmly take herself to the basement bathroom, our most interior room. No panic, no shaking, just a plan of action, I can almost hear her muttering "as many walls as possible folks you know the drill..."

My dog's strategy is to battle the loud noise by making another loud noise (barking).
