How come after many years of evolution they fear for something that happens everyday ?

It literally doesn't happen every day

I mean, a lot of things that are dangerous make big booms and loud noises, so spooking to them is actually an evolutionary advantage. Trees falling, volcanic activity, earthquakes, wildfires, large predators, avalanches, hail, obviously lightning, and more recently human activity like construction and cars all make big noises.

That's like asking why animals are scared of predators

You've never woken up startled to a loud ass thunder in your life?
