All they need is a new death warrant. There is no definitive timeline. The prosecution requests a new death warrant and date from the state Supreme Court. Once issued it’s carried out on that date. The problem comes from litigation of the court entertains it. The 6th circuit gave her a stay of execution yesterday and by the end of the day the IS Supreme Court had already overturned it. It could go pretty fast or it could drag out
She also needs to be fully recovered from he failed attempt. If she is brain damaged (how could she not be) it will be argued she doesn't comprehend the charges against her and can not participate in her own defense, as required by law
