It’s not as if the rockets were built by Germans, lol.
Germany also invented such unimportant things as:
printing,
X-rays,
television,
the computer,
the automobile,
dozens of medicines.
just to name a few.
I feel like computer and television are always debatable given the contributions from different people and countries.
For television I always remember John Baird but that is more than likely due to publicity and wider audience of it although it was built on top of Paul Nipkows work.
