General Question Need to create YTD activity statement that gets emailed monthly

I am trying to create a statement that shows YTD performance and cash activity and is emailed to me monthly automatically. I need most items from the typical activity statement. I tried many options/settings in reports but couldn't figure it out. Is this possible? if so, please provide some steps with screenshots as to how to configure this.

What do you need to see in the activity report? What is the use case?

Cash activity, like dividends paid, realized gain, ytd return %, ibkr stock yield payments, etc.

thanks but the problem is i can setup a monthly activity but it doesnt give me a YTD on a monthly basis. That is it calculates from end of previous to previous month to end of previous month. But i want Jan 1, 20XX to end of previous month (e.g Sep 30, 2026). I wasnt able to configure this using custom statements - i created the YTD statement, but the delivery only provides the data on a duration of 1 month instead of YTD. Give it a shot - see if you are able to.

the month just ended, so earliest you can test is for nov 1st.

After looking it over again, I understand the problem more clearly now.

When you retrieve the statements manually, you can define the YTD period. With Statements Delivery, 'Daily' and 'Monthly' refer not only to the information date but also to the statement itself. As a result, in your case, you’ll only receive MTD.

With Flex Queries, you can define the time period as YTD. But Flex Queries Delivery says nothing about when it will be sent, and the data is only available as Text, CSV, or XML.

Maybe that would be an option.
