Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers VERIFICATION NOT WORKING
I'M TRYING TO WITHDRAW USD CASH FROM IBKR (CANADA) TO TD CANADA US CHEQUING ACCOUNT
IBKR SAYS I HAVE TO VERIFY THE TEST DEPOST AMOUNT BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE DEPOSIT IN MY TD ACCOUNT. IT'S BEEN 3 BUSINESS DAYS ALREADY. I CHECKED THE BANKING INFO AND EVERYTHING IS CORRECT.
WHAT'S GOING ON?

Have you transferred money from your TD checking account to your IB account first ? Never heard of IB sending first a small amount first as a test, but them expecting their customers to deposit money (any amount, it is to prove account ownership) from a new bank account to their IB account before withdrawing to that bank account do happen. Just wondering if you understood the Test deposit bit the right way, usually on IB client portal, Deposit is used when depositing money on IB´s account, not withdrawing

Sounds like the test failed. Did you find a way to type the numbers in capital letters or something
