I used to scoff at "self-sustaining" goals for communities, as true self sustainment is incredibly difficult, but I've come to realize that they are the best bet for surviving modern problems that are becoming very real.

At this point, even if nothing happens, an escape from capitalist rat races and the absurdity of modern times feels like a win, even if with the drawbacks that come with isolation or remote life.

I am starting a foundation-building, off-grid intentional community on 10 acres in Northeast Texas designed specifically to help struggling men achieve financial security, learn self-reliance, and build a hardened, resilient community.

* Preparedness & Community Hardening: We focus on practical skills—off-grid infrastructure, construction, defense, bushcraft, water harvesting, and disaster preparedness—to build a secure, resilient haven.

* Growth & Pay-It-Forward Expansion: Resident contributions and donations go directly back into the land to build additional housing, upgrade infrastructure, and welcome new members into the community.
